Private Family Behavioural Consulting
Specialist Support for Teenagers, Young Adults and Families in the UK and Internationally
Trusted by high-performing families in the UK and internationally, I provide private behavioural consulting for teenagers and young adults experiencing emotional, social, or behavioural challenges.
This work is designed for families who require clarity, discretion, and experienced guidance when situations begin to affect family life, education or overall wellbeing.
Rather than offering general advice or open-ended therapy, the focus is on understanding what is driving behaviour, what is sustaining it and what will create meaningful, lasting change.
A Different Level of Support
Families often seek support after trying therapy, school-based interventions or advisory input with limited progress.
While these approaches can be valuable, they are not always designed to address complex behavioural patterns or restore structure within the family system.
This work provides a more strategic level of intervention—combining psychological insight, behavioural analysis, and real-world application.
The aim is not simply to support the individual, but to strengthen the entire family dynamic—improving communication, restoring confidence, and creating stability over time.
It is often assumed that more support leads to better outcomes. In practice, the accuracy of the intervention—how well it fits the situation—is what determines long-term success.

Private Consulting
Private consulting is available for individuals, couples, and families.
All work is:
One-to-one and personally delivered
Fully confidential and discreet
Structured around the specific needs of the family
Designed to provide clarity, direction, and practical outcomes
Consulting combines psychological understanding with behavioural strategy and coaching—bridging the gap between insight and real-world change.
This allows families to move from uncertainty to clear action, restoring a sense of control and forward momentum.
Many families initially focus on finding the “right professional.” In practice, what matters more is working with someone who can accurately assess the situation and guide decisions effectively.
Professional Standards and Safeguarding
Damon holds an up-to-date Enhanced DBS Disclosure for working with young people and maintains full professional insurance through PPS UK.
All work is conducted in accordance with professional and ethical standards, ensuring safety, confidentiality and integrity at all times.
Working Together
Engagement begins with a private consultation to understand the situation and determine the most appropriate course of action.
This ensures that all work is relevant, focused, and effective.
Families seeking experienced, discreet, and strategic support are invited to make an enquiry.
In many cases, timely and specialist intervention not only resolves current challenges—but prevents further escalation in the future.

I work with children, teenagers, adults and families. I have an up to date Enhanced DBS Disclosure for working with young people and I am fully insured with PPS
